Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://deepcleaningorlando.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Corah's Home Cleaning reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Services. Corah's Home Cleaning provides Residential Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Disinfection Service, Home Organization and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Corah's Home Cleaning (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. Corah's Home Cleaning reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Warranty Disclaimer. Corah's Home Cleaning makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Corah's Home Cleaning's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Corah's Home Cleaning from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. FL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of FL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
